We offer two Categories of Buffers: "Common/Mil spec" and "Custom" weights.
Common/Mil Spec Buffers:
- "Standard" - 3 oz (2.9oz) - Standard Mil Spec weight for most carbine models (3x Steel or 1x solid Steel Rod)
- "H" - 3.6 / 3.8 oz - Popular upgrade if you feel your gun may be a bit over-gassed (most guns)(2x Steel, 1x Tungsten)
- "H2" - 4.6 oz - Popular upgrade if you only shoot 5.56 NATO & Max pressure loads (2x Tungsten, 1x Steel)
- "H3" - 5.5 oz -Heaviest (Aluminum bodied) Buffer (3x Tungsten)
Custom Buffer Weights:
- 1 oz - Lightest standard carbine size Buffer (no internal weights)
- 1.6 oz - Lightest reciprocating Buffer (3x Aluminum)
- 2.0 oz - 2x Aluminum, 1x Steel
- 2.5 oz - 2x Steel, 1x Aluminum
- 3.3 oz - 1x each: Steel, Aluminum, Tungsten
- 4.2 oz - 2x Tungsten, 1x Aluminum
